Prayer Vows

I promise to be faithful to you always, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, and I will love you and honor you all the days of my life. May God bless our union and help us to keep this covenant.

Before God, I ask for the grace to make our home faithful and kind. I receive this marriage with reverence, and I promise to honor you with patience, fidelity, and prayer. When joy is easy, I will give thanks with you. When hardship comes, I will seek mercy, speak truth gently, and return with you to the love God has entrusted to us. May the sacrament we celebrate today shape the ordinary days of our life together.

I take you to be my spouse, not out of lust, but in truth and with sincerity. I ask the Lord to have mercy on us and grant that we may grow old together in health and peace. I promise to walk this path of holiness with you, honoring our union as a sacred reflection of God's love.
