Catholic Vows

I receive our marriage as a daily call to holiness. Before God and those who love us, I promise fidelity, patience, and reverence for the sacrament we enter. I will pray with you, seek reconciliation when I fail you, and serve the good of our family with humility. In celebration and in trial, I will return to grace and walk beside you toward the life God asks us to build.

I take you for my lawful wife/husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part.

May the Lord bless us all the days of our lives. I promise to walk with you in the light of Christ, to raise our family in the faith, and to love you as Christ loves the Church.
