I promise to ask whether you want directions before confidently missing the exit. I will not call it a scenic route unless there is actual scenery, and I will admit when the map was right before we reach another state. I vow to pack the snacks, share control of the playlist, and make every wrong turn a story we can laugh about later. Wherever life reroutes us, I promise to stay on your team, listen when you know the way, and keep choosing the road we travel together.
